Open BigWigs settings by typing /bw Copied!and go to Bars → Exact Positioning.
There, select which bars you want to position, Bars or Emphasized Bars.
If you want to move the bars via Moving Anchors, you must first reset the Custom Anchor Point! Simply type UIParent Copied! in the field and hit Enter, that should reset the anchor point to what is default.

For the people asking about a global disable option for the new nameplates feature, no such option exists, it will be added in future. If you wish to disable it, you can do so on a per-ability basis in the dungeon trash settings.

My BigWigs bars seem to be in the wrong position!
Due to the shenanigans of UI scale and us trying to achieve pixel perfect scale, BigWigs positions can be wrong on resolutions other than 2560 x 1440 Copied! .
You will have to open your BigWigs settings by typing /bw Copied! and manually adjusting the positions yourself.
